- Exact stone: The gemstone shown in the product photos will be used for your ring.
- For gemstone options where the pictured stone is a reference, the gemstone used may vary slightly from the photos.
- Natural gemstones are unique and may differ in colour, tone, clarity, inclusions, and overall appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.
- The centre gemstone is fixed as a 4mm round cut and cannot be changed to another shape or size.
- The side stones are standardised according to the material selected: S925 versions feature moissanite, while solid 14K and 18K gold versions feature lab-grown diamonds.
- As each ring is individually handcrafted, the final appearance may have slight variations from the product images.

Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate changes to your selections, as multiple Custom PO orders are processed together and changes make it extremely difficult for us to keep track accurately.
Because every ring is made to order, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or change-of-mind requests for:
- Incorrect ring size selections
- Incorrect material selections
- Incorrect hardware colour selections
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Dissatisfaction with the final gemstone appearance or arrangement
Custom PO Information
The Virgo Ring is a General Custom PO, not an individual bespoke order.
The ring design remains as shown, with customisation available only through the options provided for this PO.
The Custom PO will be available for 1 week or until all limited slots are filled, whichever comes first. There will be no extension or additional slots once the PO closes.
All rings are handcrafted to order and require approximately 2–3 months for production. Please ensure you are comfortable with the production timeline before placing your order.
