Repair policy

Inspection Period: Customers should inspect their jewelry within 7 days of receipt to ensure it is in good condition.

Repair Eligibility: Repairs for jewelry purchased within 30 days from the delivered date, including the initial 7-day inspection period, at a flat fee of $25 per piece.

Gemstone Replacement: If a gemstone has fallen out, please provide the original gemstone for re-setting. If the original gemstone is unavailable, in addition to the $25 repair fee, there will be an additional charge for a replacement gemstone, as unique pieces cannot be exactly replicated.

Liability Limitations: We are not liable for damages resulting from wear and tear, accidental damage, negligence, or improper handling by the customer. Most pieces are unique and undergo thorough inspection before shipping.

Repair Timeframe: Repair services are available only within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, repair services are not available.

Repair Duration: Repairs take up to 10 weeks from the day we receive the item. Depending on the complexity, they might take longer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and should insure their packages, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged mail during transit.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for repair services.

Servicing Policy

Cleaning and Polishing: Offer simple cleaning and polishing services for jewelry at a fee of $10 per piece.
