We accept returns and exchange of goods. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 7 days of receiving it. This includes everything that you received in original condition and any certificates (if applicable). 

There will be a 10% fee incurred for our labour work to pack and ship out and to inspect the return items. If items received back are not in its original form, a repair fee will be charged. 

Returned fee will be solely bare by customer. Please make sure to insure your package as we are not responsible for any damage or lost mail. 

Shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Sales items are not eligible for return/exchange. 

How much is the shipping fee? 

Singapore: Free courier for orders above $150; otherwise, a flat fee of $4 applies.

International: Free courier for orders above $650; otherwise, the flat fee will be displayed at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship locally (SG) and internationally! If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please contact us, and we’ll see what we can do.

How can I cancel my order?

We totally understand that sometimes you may change your mind—no worries! We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
