Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

Do you restock your jewellery?

Our one-of-a-kind demi-fine jewellery from Made from Archive will not be restocked.

We may revisit the same design using a different combination of gemstones, but the original piece will remain one of a kind.

Archive Atelier's fine jewellery is handcrafted to order and remains available unless otherwise stated.

Do you have multiple pieces of each design?

Made from Archive pieces are created as one-of-a-kind designs, with only one piece available per gemstone combination.

Archive Atelier pieces are handcrafted to order and can be recreated in your chosen specifications.

What materials are your jewellery made from?

Made from Archive pieces are handcrafted in solid 925 sterling silver and finished with an additional layer of rhodium (silver) or 14K gold plating (gold-coloured) for enhanced durability and shine.

Archive Atelier pieces are handcrafted in solid 14K or 18K gold. For more information, please refer to the Archive Atelier Guide.

Why are your Made from Archive pieces one of a kind?

Every design begins with carefully sourced gemstones, each with its own unique colour, inclusions, and character.

Rather than producing identical pieces, we design around the gemstones themselves, ensuring every piece remains truly one of a kind.

Do you offer custom jewellery?

Yes. We periodically offer Custom POs, allowing customers to personalise selected designs with a curated selection of gemstones and options.

As each Custom PO is unique, available designs and customisation options may vary from one launch to another.

Can I customise an existing Made from Archive design?

Yes. For weddings, events, corporate gifting and other special occasions, we offer customisation of selected existing designs with a minimum order quantity of 7 pieces.

Can I reserve an item?

As our Made from Archive jewellery is one of a kind, we are generally unable to reserve pieces unless otherwise announced.

If I order an in-stock item together with a made-to-order item, when will my order be shipped?

Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready.

If you'd like your in-stock item to arrive sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs office. If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs or fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
