Where are you based in? 

We are based in Singapore at the moment. 

Do you restock your items? 

Sorry, we don't restock any of our piece. 

Do you have multiple items for each? 

Unfortunately, we only have 1 piece per design. Each design features a unique gemstone, so once they are sold, they’re gone forever. 

What material are they made of?

They are handcrafted using solid 925 silver as the base, finished with an additional coating of rhodium for silver pieces or 14K gold for gold-coloured jewellery for added durability.

Why are your items one of a kind?

We want each piece to be truly special! However, we may bring back a same design with different gemstones.

Do you do bespoke?

Yes, we offer bespoke services! Drop us a DM on Instagram or email us to discuss the details.

If I order an in-stock item and a made-to-order item, will they be shipped separately?

No, we will wait for the made-to-order item to be ready before shipping everything together.

Customs & Import Fee

For international orders, buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and tariffs charged by local authorities. These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs upon delivery. If customs fees are refused, the package will be returned and any return shipping or incurred customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
