How It Works:
New gemstone sets are released on alternate Wednesdays at 9:00 PM (GMT+8).
Step 1: Choose your gemstone set.
Step 2: Select your preferred tennis bracelet design:
- Bezel Setting
- Prong Setting
Step 3: Choose your hardware finish:
- 14K Gold
- Rhodium
Step 4: Select your wrist size.
Once purchased, your gemstone set will be reserved exclusively for your custom piece.
Are there multiple sets of gemstones available?
No. As with all our creations, each gemstone set is used to create one unique, one-of-a-kind piece only.
How long will the gemstone sets be available?
Availability depends on both demand from our customers and the availability of the gemstones from our suppliers.
Some gemstone sets have sold out from our suppliers within hours of becoming available, so we recommend purchasing promptly if you find a set you love.
Why don’t you purchase all the gemstones in advance?
We are very mindful about sourcing gemstones responsibly and only purchasing what we know will be used. This helps us minimise waste and ensure every gemstone finds its perfect home.
Can I customise the gemstone selection within a set?
No. Each gemstone set is curated and sold as a complete set. Individual gemstones cannot be added, removed, exchanged, or substituted.
If a set contains a mix of colours, all gemstones within that set will be used according to the final design plan. Please ensure you love the overall gemstone set before making your purchase, rather than selecting it based on only a few favourite stones.
What sizes do you offer?
Available wrist sizes will be listed on each product page.
If your preferred size isn’t available, please send us a DM before placing your order so we can advise on the available options.
How many gemstones are required for a bracelet?
Bezel Setting: Approximately 30–40 stones
Prong Setting: Approximately 55–65 stones
The exact number will vary depending on your wrist size.
What happens if there aren’t enough gemstones in the set?
Most gemstone sets contain approximately 18–25 stones. If additional stones are required to complete your bracelet, the remaining spaces will be filled with moissanites that complement the overall design.
Can I choose the placement of the gemstones?
No. The gemstone arrangement and placement will be professionally determined by our manufacturing team to ensure the most balanced and beautiful final design.
How is the pricing determined?
Each bracelet is offered at a fixed price, with all materials, craftsmanship, and production costs already accounted for.
What is the production time?
Every piece is individually handcrafted and made to order.
Please allow approximately 2–3 months for production and completion. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline.

As each bracelet is custom-made to your selected specifications, all sales are final.
We are unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Incorrect wrist size selections
- Incorrect bracelet design
- Incorrect hardware colour selections
- Change of mind purchases
- Dissatisfaction with the final design or gemstone arrangement
