Please note the following terms for customised orders:
- For larger gemstones, a photo of the gem will be provided for your approval.
- For smaller gemstones, we are unable to provide a photo, but we will do our best to match your preferences as closely as possible.
Customised pieces are made specifically for you, and therefore are not eligible for return or refund.
Please allow a lead time of 10-12 weeks. This includes sourcing the gems, sending them to our factory, crafting your piece, and completing multiple rounds of quality control before it reaches you.

As we refine our sizing approach, we plan to introduce a variety of in-stock rings in the future. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to bring you exceptional, lasting jewelry.
